We do not have access to event organizers\u2019 websites, customer orders, payment information, or ticket records, and are therefore unable to process refunds or make changes to bookings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a ticket you purchased mentions that it is <strong>\u201cPowered by FooEvents,\u201d<\/strong> this simply means the event organizer uses FooEvents software to sell and manage tickets on their own website. Unlike a hosted SaaS ticketing platform, FooEvents runs independently on the organizers own website and servers, and we do not have access to their sales or ticketing systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For refund requests, cancellations, or assistance with a ticket purchase, please contact the event organizer directly.
