Das hei\u00dft, selbst wenn die Bestellung erstattet oder gel\u00f6scht wurde, kann der Kunde das Ticket weiterhin nutzen, d. h. beim Scannen des Ticket-Barcodes mit der FooEvents-Check-in-App wird das Ticket weiterhin als g\u00fcltig angezeigt. Wenn Sie die Bestellung erstatten, vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Option \"Erstattete Artikel wieder auff\u00fcllen:\" aktiviert ist, wenn Sie dies \u00fcber WooCommerce verwalten. Dadurch wird die Bestandsnummer f\u00fcr Ihre Veranstaltung automatisch aktualisiert. Sie k\u00f6nnen dann <strong>das Ticket l\u00f6schen<\/strong>. Dies entspricht der Standardfunktionalit\u00e4t von WooCommerce, bei der Sie jemandem eine R\u00fcckerstattung gew\u00e4hren, ihm aber dennoch erlauben, seine Best\u00e4nde zu behalten\/zu nutzen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abbrechen<\/strong> eine Bestellung wird jedoch der Ticketstatus auf \"Storniert\" gesetzt. Wenn ein Auftrag \"Storniert\" ist, gibt WooCommerce auch automatisch den Bestand, d. h. die Anzahl der verf\u00fcgbaren Tickets, zur\u00fcck.<\/p>\n<p>Wenn Sie die FooEvents-Bestuhlungsfunktion verwenden, m\u00fcssen Sie standardm\u00e4\u00dfig auch entweder <strong>k\u00fcndigen<\/strong> die <strong>Bestellung<\/strong> oder <strong>dauerhaft l\u00f6schen<\/strong> das eigentliche Ticket, das mit der Bestellung verbunden ist, bevor der Platz wieder verf\u00fcgbar wird. Es besteht auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, \"Fehlgeschlagen\" anstelle von oder zus\u00e4tzlich zu \"Storniert\" auszuw\u00e4hlen unter <strong>FooEvents<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Einstellungen <\/strong> &gt; <strong>Sitzpl\u00e4tze<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Sitze auf Bestellstatus verf\u00fcgbar machen<\/strong>. Dadurch werden Tickets verf\u00fcgbar, wenn Bestellungen <strong>scheitern<\/strong> auch.
