Puede ser que los correos electr\u00f3nicos est\u00e9n bloqueados por un cortafuegos<\/strong> o enviado a carpetas spam\/basura<\/strong>.<\/div>\n

He aqu\u00ed algunos consejos que pueden ayudarle a encontrar la causa del problema:<\/div>\n

  1. Es posible que la direcci\u00f3n de correo electr\u00f3nico desde la que env\u00eda las entradas se considere una direcci\u00f3n de spam.<\/li>\n
  2. Podr\u00eda ser la forma en que su configuraci\u00f3n WordPress env\u00eda correos electr\u00f3nicos<\/li>\n
  3. Podr\u00eda ser la l\u00ednea de asunto o parte del contenido que ha a\u00f1adido a su entrada lo que se marca como spam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Aqu\u00ed tienes algunas cosas que puedes hacer:<\/div>\n

    1. Vea un informe en l\u00ednea que detalla los posibles problemas con sus correos electr\u00f3nicos enviando un correo electr\u00f3nico de ticket a este servicio: http:\/\/isnotspam.com\/<\/a><\/li>\n
    2. Compruebe si su dominio est\u00e1 en la lista negra. Aqu\u00ed tiene un art\u00edculo con m\u00e1s informaci\u00f3n: http:\/\/www.pinpointe.com\/blog\/how-do-i-know-if-im-on-a-spam-blacklist<\/a>. FooEvents no tiene control sobre cosas como las listas negras. Si descubre que su dominio ha sido incluido en una lista negra, lo mejor es que se ponga en contacto directamente con la autoridad de la lista negra y solicite su eliminaci\u00f3n.<\/li>\n
    3. Si a\u00fan no utiliza un plugin SMTP para gestionar el env\u00edo de correo en WordPress, le recomendamos encarecidamente que instale WP Mail SMTP<\/a>\u00a0ya que admite el env\u00edo de correo electr\u00f3nico a trav\u00e9s de una cuenta SMTP autenticada como Gmail, Outlook, SendGrid, Mailgun, etc., lo que garantiza una mejor entrega y es su mejor opci\u00f3n si sus correos electr\u00f3nicos de ticket se marcan como spam.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n
