This message is customizable, which allows you to explain to customers when their tickets will become available.<\/p>\n<h2>Configure when tickets are generated<\/h2>\n<p>To choose when tickets are created and sent, go to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>WordPress Admin &gt; FooEvents &gt; Settings &gt; General<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Then review the <strong>Enviar sobre el estado del pedido<\/strong> ajuste.<\/p>\n<p>If you keep the default configuration, tickets will appear on the thank you page once the order is marked <strong>Completado<\/strong>. If you select different order statuses, tickets will only display when the order reaches one of those selected statuses.<\/p>\n<h2>Disable thank you page tickets<\/h2>\n<p>If you do not want tickets to appear on the thank you page, go to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>WordPress Admin &gt; FooEvents &gt; Settings &gt; Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el <strong>Thank You Page<\/strong> section, enable <strong>Disable Thank You page tickets<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>When this setting is enabled, FooEvents will not output tickets on the thank you page.<\/p>\n<h2>Customize the pending message<\/h2>\n<p>If ticket generation is still pending, customers will see a waiting message instead of their tickets.<\/p>\n<p>To edit this message, go to:<\/p>\n<p><strong>WordPress Admin &gt; FooEvents &gt; Settings &gt; Tickets<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>En el <strong>Thank You Page<\/strong> section, edit <strong>Ticket pending payment text<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This lets you provide clear instructions or set expectations while the order is still waiting to reach a ticket-generating status.<\/p>\n<h2>PDF ticket downloads<\/h2>\n<p>Si utiliza <strong>FooEvents Entradas PDF<\/strong>, customers can also download PDF versions of their tickets from the thank you page once the tickets are available.<\/p>\n<p>For this to work, <strong>Activar la descarga de entradas en PDF<\/strong> must be enabled here:<\/p>\n<p><strong>WordPress Admin &gt; FooEvents &gt; Settings &gt; PDF<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please note that if you are using the <strong data-start=\"38\" data-end=\"63\">FooEvents Entradas PDF<\/strong> plugin, tickets will only display once all PDFs have been generated successfully.
