FooEvents Reports is a reporting tool included in the main FooEvents for WooCommerce<\/a><\/strong> plugin. Its purpose is to help event organizers get a better understanding of their ticket sales and audience. It includes options to view\u00a0event revenue,\u00a0tickets sold,\u00a0attendee check-ins\u00a0and\u00a0available tickets, giving you a good snapshot of event performance.<\/p>\n

The reports section consists of two areas:

Event Report<\/a><\/p>\n

Event Listing<\/h3>\n

To view the events listing, go to your\u00a0WordPress Admin Area<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0FooEvents<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n

The events listing screen will include all WooCommerce products that have the event product<\/strong> functionality enabled:<\/p>\n

From this screen you can view an events report by clicking on the\u00a0event title<\/strong>. You can view tickets for the event by selecting on the\u00a0number of tickets sold<\/strong>\u00a0for a specific event and you can edit the vents details by selecting the\u00a0Edit<\/strong>\u00a0option.<\/p>\n

Event Report<\/h3>\n

To view an events report, go to your\u00a0WordPress Admin Area<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0FooEvents<\/strong>\u00a0>\u00a0Reports > Event<\/strong><\/p>\n

View\u00a0ticket sales<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0attendee check-ins<\/strong>\u00a0based on customizable\u00a0date ranges<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can view tickets for a specific event by selecting the\u00a0View Ticket\u00a0<\/strong>link or the\u00a0ticket count<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Please note:<\/strong>
\nAs of\u00a0
FooEvents for WooCommerce version 1.11.0<\/a>, when checking in an attendee the time of the check-in will be stored in your database. This is a new feature and as such, the graphs will only display attendee check-in data from the time of updating to FooEvents for WooCommerce version 1.11.0.<\/p>\n

FooEvents Reports does not currently provide an export option, however you can export a CSV list of all attendees for a specific event via the\u00a0Event Product Data tab<\/strong>.
