Les participants peuvent ajouter les informations relatives \u00e0 votre \u00e9v\u00e9nement \u00e0 leur agenda, tel que Google Calendar, de deux mani\u00e8res diff\u00e9rentes :<\/p>\n

  1. Activer le Joindre le fichier ICS du calendrier \u00e0 l'e-mail du ticket ? <\/strong>dans le produit Param\u00e8tres des billets<\/a><\/strong> pour l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Cela permettra de joindre un fichier ICS \u00e0 l'e-mail du billet afin que les d\u00e9tails de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement apparaissent automatiquement dans le calendrier du participant ou de l'acheteur du billet.<\/li>\n
  2. Activer le <\/span>Afficher \"Ajouter au calendrier\" sur le ticket ?<\/strong>\u00a0dans votre produit <\/span>Param\u00e8tres des billets<\/a><\/strong>. Cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e8re un <\/span>Fichier ICS<\/strong> lorsqu'un participant ou un acheteur de billets clique sur le bouton \"Ajouter au calendrier<\/strong> dans l'e-mail du ticket et le fichier ICS sauvegard\u00e9 peut alors \u00eatre ajout\u00e9 \u00e0 leur client de calendrier pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Le fichier ICS contient des informations de base sur l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement, telles que le nom, la description, la date et l'heure de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Veuillez noter que l'entr\u00e9e pas<\/span> sont automatiquement mis \u00e0 jour dans le calendrier des participants si les informations relatives \u00e0 l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement sont modifi\u00e9es, n'oubliez donc pas de communiquer \u00e0 vos participants tout changement pertinent concernant l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Nous vous recommandons \u00e9galement d'activer et de configurer la fonction \"Alertes de rappel \"Ajouter au calendrier <\/strong>dans votre produit <\/span>Param\u00e8tres des billets <\/a><\/strong>si vous souhaitez que les participants soient avertis par le biais de leur calendrier client \u00e0 des intervalles sp\u00e9cifiques avant le d\u00e9but de l'\u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/p>\n
