Cela signifie que m\u00eame si la commande a \u00e9t\u00e9 rembours\u00e9e ou supprim\u00e9e, le client pourra toujours utiliser le billet, c'est-\u00e0-dire qu'en scannant le code-barres du billet \u00e0 l'aide de l'application FooEvents Check-ins, le billet appara\u00eetra toujours comme valide. Lorsque vous remboursez la commande, assurez-vous que l'option \"R\u00e9approvisionner les articles rembours\u00e9s :\" est coch\u00e9e si vous g\u00e9rez cela via WooCommerce. Cela mettra automatiquement \u00e0 jour le num\u00e9ro de stock pour votre \u00e9v\u00e9nement. Vous pouvez alors <strong>supprimer l'avis de contravention<\/strong>. Cela correspond \u00e0 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 standard de WooCommerce, qui permet de rembourser quelqu'un tout en lui permettant de conserver\/utiliser son stock.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annulation<\/strong> Cependant, si une commande est annul\u00e9e, le statut du billet passera \u00e0 \"Annul\u00e9\". Si une commande est \"annul\u00e9e\", WooCommerce renvoie automatiquement le stock, c'est-\u00e0-dire le nombre de billets disponibles.<\/p>\n<p>Si vous utilisez la fonctionnalit\u00e9 FooEvents Seating, vous devrez \u00e9galement, par d\u00e9faut, soit <strong>annuler<\/strong> les <strong>commande<\/strong> ou <strong>supprimer d\u00e9finitivement<\/strong> le billet associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la commande avant que la place ne soit \u00e0 nouveau disponible. Il est \u00e9galement possible de s\u00e9lectionner \"\u00c9chec\" au lieu ou en plus de \"Annul\u00e9\" dans la rubrique <strong>FooEvents<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Param\u00e8tres <\/strong> &gt; <strong>Si\u00e8ges<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Mettre les si\u00e8ges \u00e0 disposition en fonction de l'\u00e9tat de la commande<\/strong>.
