{"id":877,"date":"2019-11-27T07:14:58","date_gmt":"2019-11-27T14:14:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/topics\/tickets\/delete-tickets\/"},"modified":"2023-08-07T01:04:55","modified_gmt":"2023-08-07T08:04:55","slug":"supprimer-les-billets","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/fr\/docs\/topics\/tickets\/delete-tickets\/","title":{"rendered":"Supprimer les billets"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Lorsque vous modifiez un ticket, vous pouvez le supprimer \u00e0 l'aide du bouton <strong>D\u00e9placer vers la poubelle<\/strong> dans les param\u00e8tres de publication.<\/p>\n<p>Vous pouvez \u00e9galement supprimer des tickets en masse en suivant les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aller \u00e0\u00a0<strong>FooEvents<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Billets<\/strong>\u00a0dans le menu principal<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez tous les <strong>billets<\/strong> que vous souhaitez supprimer<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur\u00a0<strong>Actions en bloc<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong>D\u00e9placer vers la poubelle<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong>Appliquer<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Si vous rencontrez des difficult\u00e9s pour supprimer des tickets en masse, essayez ce qui suit :<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Aller \u00e0\u00a0<strong>FooEvents<\/strong>\u00a0&gt;\u00a0<strong>Billets<\/strong>\u00a0dans le menu principal<\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez tous les <strong>billets<\/strong> que vous souhaitez supprimer<\/li>\n<li>Cliquez sur\u00a0<strong>Actions en bloc<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong>Editer<\/strong> &gt;\u00a0<strong>Appliquer<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9gler le statut sur\u00a0<strong>Projet<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>Mise \u00e0 jour<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>S\u00e9lectionnez-les \u00e0 nouveau et mettez-les \u00e0 la poubelle.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h2>Suppression d'une commande<\/h2>\n<p>La suppression d'une commande n'entra\u00eene pas automatiquement la suppression et la d\u00e9sactivation des billets cr\u00e9\u00e9s pour le client. Cela signifie que m\u00eame si la commande a \u00e9t\u00e9 rembours\u00e9e ou supprim\u00e9e, le client pourra toujours utiliser le billet, par exemple en scannant le code-barres du billet \u00e0 l'aide de la fonction <strong>FooEvents Application Check-ins<\/strong> le billet sera toujours valide. Vous devrez rembourser la commande et ensuite <strong>supprimer l'avis de contravention<\/strong>\u00a0et\u00a0<strong>mettre \u00e0 jour manuellement le num\u00e9ro de stock<\/strong>\u00a0si vous g\u00e9rez cela par l'interm\u00e9diaire de WooCommerce. Cela correspond \u00e0 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 standard de WooCommerce, lorsque vous souhaitez rembourser quelqu'un tout en lui permettant de conserver\/utiliser son
