Toutes les informations n\u00e9cessaires au ticket sont stock\u00e9es dans un champ personnalis\u00e9 associ\u00e9 \u00e0 la commande. Les donn\u00e9es stock\u00e9es sont format\u00e9es sous la forme d'un <strong>Cha\u00eene JSON<\/strong>. Lorsque le statut de l'ordre passe \u00e0<strong>Termin\u00e9<\/strong>' \u00e0 l'aide de la cha\u00eene JSON, FooEvents cr\u00e9era un fichier <strong>billet individuel<\/strong> pour chaque participant. Dans le cas de produits physiques, la commande ne serait achev\u00e9e qu'au moment de la livraison du produit. Les billets \u00e9tant des produits num\u00e9riques, l'\u00e9tat de la commande peut \u00eatre compl\u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e8s que le paiement est re\u00e7u, aucune autre action n'\u00e9tant requise. Pour ce faire, r\u00e9glez votre produit sur \"<strong>Virtuel<\/strong>\" et \"<strong>T\u00e9l\u00e9chargeable<\/strong>\" dans le <strong>Donn\u00e9es sur le produit<\/strong> lors de la modification d'un produit. Il se peut que vous ayez besoin que des tickets soient g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s lorsque le statut de la commande est modifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ce faire, veuillez suivre les \u00e9tapes suivantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">Naviguez jusqu'\u00e0 <strong>FooEvents<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Param\u00e8tres<\/strong> dans la barre lat\u00e9rale gauche de votre <strong>Zone d'administration de WordPress<\/strong><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">S\u00e9lectionnez l'option <strong>Onglet G\u00e9n\u00e9ral<\/strong> et descendez jusqu'\u00e0 la rubrique <strong>Envoi sur l'\u00e9tat de la commande<\/strong> option<\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">S\u00e9lectionnez le\/les statut(s) concern\u00e9(s) \u00e0 l'aide de la bo\u00eete multi-s\u00e9lection et cliquez sur <strong>Enregistrer les modifications<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les tickets ne seront g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s que si le statut de la commande est d\u00e9fini sur le statut\/es sp\u00e9cifi\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"creating-custom-order-statuses\">Cr\u00e9er des statuts de commande personnalis\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>Il existe un certain nombre de plugins et d'extraits de code qui permettent d'enregistrer des statuts de commande personnalis\u00e9s. Pour autant qu'ils utilisent les crochets standard de WooCommerce, ils devraient se refl\u00e9ter dans la section <strong>Envoi sur l'\u00e9tat de la commande<\/strong> et d\u00e9clencher la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration d'un ticket lorsqu'il est s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h3 id=\"tickets-not-sending\">Tickets non envoy\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9tant donn\u00e9 que FooEvents envoie les billets d'\u00e9v\u00e9nement par courrier \u00e9lectronique \u00e0 partir de votre serveur web, il y a plusieurs raisons possibles pour lesquelles les gens ne re\u00e7oivent pas leurs billets.
