They plan to instruct a group of students using Zoom meetings which will allow the students to interact with the instructor and other participants. Access to the classes will be sold via their website as individual classes. When a participant purchases access to a class, the following must occur:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Participants must be automatically pre-registered for the Zoom classes (i.e. meetings)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants must receive confirmation of the Zoom meeting registration (meeting ID, join link, times etc)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"notice wp-block-paragraph\">Here is an example: <a href=\"https:\/\/demo.fooevents.com\/product\/virtual-pilates-classes\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer nofollow\">Virtual Pilates Class<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This help document assumes that you already have <a href=\"http:\/\/fooevents.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FooEvents<\/a><\/em><em> and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/it\/docs\/topics\/installation-setup\/installing-woocommerce\/\">WooCommerce<\/a> installed on a <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/it\/docs\/topics\/installation-setup\/installing-wordpress\/\">WordPress<\/a> website and have a basic understanding of how FooEvents works. If you are new to FooEvents, you should read our <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/it\/docs\/topics\/getting-started\/\">Getting Started<\/a> guide to help you get started.&nbsp;<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Products Used<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/it\/docs\/topics\/events\/zoom-meetings-and-webinars\/\">Zoom Video Conferencing<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fooevents.com\/fooevents-for-woocommerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FooEvents for WooCommerce<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fooevents.com\/products\/fooevents-bookings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FooEvents Bookings<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em>This particular scenario only requires the main <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fooevents.com\/fooevents-for-woocommerce\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FooEvents for WooCommerce<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fooevents.com\/products\/fooevents-bookings\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FooEvents Bookings<\/a> plugins, however, our Zoom integration is also commonly used with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fooevents.com\/fooevents-custom-attendee-fields\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FooEvents Custom Attendee Fields<\/a> plugin.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Zoom Setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">FooEvents allows you to sell tickets to virtual events and services by securely connecting to your Zoom account via the Zoom API and automatically pre-registering attendees for once-off or recurring Zoom meetings or webinars once the order is completed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you do not already have a Zoom Account, please sign-up for a paid account <a href=\"https:\/\/zoom.us\/pricing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>. A Pro account (or higher) is needed in order to use the Zoom REST API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to automatically register participants for meetings, you will need to link your website to Zoom. This is done using the Zoom API. Please follow <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/it\/docs\/topics\/events\/zoom-meetings-and-webinars\/#generating-a-zoom-api-key-and-secret\">these instructions<\/a> to generate the Zoom API keys and paste them in the <strong>FooEvents Integration Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"notice wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Important:<\/strong> A host can only run one meeting\/webinar at a time. If your meetings\/webinars run concurrently, please be sure to specify a different host for each meeting\/webinar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"795\" height=\"603\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/zoom-settings.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2987\" title=\"\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/zoom-settings.png 795w, https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/zoom-settings-300x228.png 300w, https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/zoom-settings-768x583.png 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 795px) 100vw, 795px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setup<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Create an event<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to&nbsp;<strong>Products<\/strong>&nbsp;&gt;&nbsp;<strong>Add Product<\/strong> in the main menu and c<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">omplete the standard products fields such as the title, body, description, tags, categories, featured image and gallery as needed.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>Product Data<\/strong> &gt;<strong> General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/yoga-general.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2750\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Set the product to <strong>Virtual<\/strong> and <strong>Downloadable<\/strong>. This is required to ensure that the tickets and attendees are automatically created when payment is received and the order status is changed to complete.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Set the price of your package using the <strong>Regular price<\/strong> field. This is the price for the collection of classes and not individual classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inventory<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>Product Data<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Inventory<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inventory will be managed on a booking level. As such, please ensure <strong>Manage Stock<\/strong> is <strong>not enabled<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-24-at-1.00.17-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132304\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>Product Data<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Event Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-24-at-1.01.22-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132305\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To activate event functionality, set the \u2018<strong>Is this product an event?<\/strong>\u2019 drop-down to \u2018Yes\u2019. Complete the remaining fields as per your event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Under <strong>Event Type<\/strong>, select the <strong>Bookable<\/strong>&nbsp;option and use the <strong>Venue<\/strong> field to describe the virtual nature of your classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ticket Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>Product Data<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Ticket Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-24-at-1.04.41-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132306\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The ticket will act as confirmation that the class has been booked. When a participant purchases access to the classes, they will also receive a confirmation email from Zoom that includes information about the classes\u2014including how to access them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You can change the subject of the ticket email using the <strong>Ticket Email Subject<\/strong> field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you would like to convey additional information to participants such as Zoom setup instructions, a list of things to bring\/prepare etc., you can use the <strong>Ticket email body<\/strong> field to do this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Event Terminology<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>Product Data<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Event Terminology<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-24-at-1.06.13-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132307\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In this section, you can change the terms used to describe your participants and sign-up button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Booking Settings<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Go to <strong>Product Data<\/strong> &gt;<strong> Booking Settings<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Create a slot for your first class and add the dates that the class will be available. If your class has limited capacity, use the stock field to set the number of places available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-24-at-1.20.28-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132311\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Enable the <strong>Zoom checkbox<\/strong> and set the class&#8217;s start time. You can either link each class to an existing meeting, or you can use the <strong>Auto Generate<\/strong> option to automatically generate a meeting for each class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/Screen-Shot-2021-02-24-at-1.23.32-PM.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-132312\" title=\"\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To save time, use the <strong>duplicate<\/strong> feature to copy the slot and its settings for each class.
