{"id":174,"date":"2019-10-04T09:08:49","date_gmt":"2019-10-04T09:08:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/faqs\/tickets\/why-are-my-tickets-not-being-received\/"},"modified":"2025-09-18T12:00:54","modified_gmt":"2025-09-18T19:00:54","slug":"perche-i-miei-biglietti-non-vengono-ricevuti","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/it\/docs\/frequently-asked-questions\/troubleshooting\/why-are-my-tickets-not-being-received\/","title":{"rendered":"Perch\u00e9 i miei biglietti non vengono ricevuti?"},"content":{"rendered":"<div id=\"eckb-article-body\">\n<div id=\"eckb-article-content\">\n<div id=\"eckb-article-content-body\">\n<div id=\"kb-article-content\">\n<p>Since FooEvents sends event tickets from your web server, there are a number of possible reasons why people might not receive their tickets.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some possible solutions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Check that your orders (<strong>WooCommerce &gt; Orders<\/strong>) have been marked as \u201c<strong>Completed<\/strong>\u201d which is the default order status that FooEvents uses for generating and sending tickets. There are alternative ways to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/frequently-asked-questions\/tickets\/how-can-i-complete-orders-automatically-so-that-tickets-are-emailed\/\">complete orders if your payment gateway does not complete orders automatically<\/a>. Tickets can also <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/topics\/tickets\/ticket-sending\/#sending-tickets-on-different-order-statuses\">be sent on a different order status<\/a> if required, which might be another possible reason why they are not being received if the order status is not selected.<\/li>\n<li>If you want the tickets to be emailed automatically, make sure that your product is set to \u201c<strong>Virtual<\/strong>\u201d and \u201c<strong>Downloadable<\/strong>\u201d in WooCommerce<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that the \u201c<strong>Email tickets?<\/strong>\u201d option is enabled when editing your event<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that you&#8217;ve selected\u00a0\u201c<strong>Yes<\/strong>\u201d next to\u00a0\u201c<strong>Is this product an event?<\/strong>\u201d<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that you have the latest versions of the\u00a0<strong>FooEvents for WooCommerce<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0<strong>FooEvents PDF Tickets<\/strong>\u00a0plugins installed<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">If you are capturing attendee details and would like your attendees to receive the event tickets rather than ticket purchasers, please make sure that the \u201c<strong>Email attendee rather than purchaser?<\/strong>\u201d option is enabled when editing your event. Importantly, if this option is enabled, then you must also enable the \u201c<strong>Capture attendee full name and email address?<\/strong>\u201d option otherwise the tickets may not be delivered to the attendee<\/li>\n<li dir=\"ltr\">Review your email settings at\u00a0<strong>Settings &gt; General\u00a0<\/strong>and confirm that the email address you are using to send emails from your WordPress site is a valid email address and has not been blacklisted by any ISPs<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that your WordPress installation can\u00a0<strong>send emails correctly<\/strong>\u00a0by using a plugin such as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.wordpress.org\/plugins\/check-email\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Check Email<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Confirm that the tickets are not going into the attendee\u2019s <strong>spam\/junk mail<\/strong> folder (<strong>Note: this is very common<\/strong>). By default, WordPress does not send emails using an authenticated email account. While some WooCommerce emails might get delivered successfully, other emails which contain attachments such as ticket emails are often blocked. To ensure better delivery and reduce the risk of being flagged as spam, try installing a WordPress SMTP plugin such as <a href=\"https:\/\/wpmailsmtp.com\/ref\/6\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">WP Mail SMTP<\/a> which allows you to send email via authenticated SMTP accounts such as Gmail, Outlook, Mailgun and SendGrid<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that you are using the <b>classic WooCommerce Checkout and Cart shortcodes<\/b> ([woocommerce_cart] and [woocommerce_checkout]) and not the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/frequently-asked-questions\/installation-setup\/does-fooevents-work-with-the-woocommerce-checkout-and-cart-blocks\/\">new WooCommerce Checkout and Cart blocks<\/a> or a custom Divi Checkout page.<\/li>\n<li>Deactivate the <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/frequently-asked-questions\/installation-setup\/fooevents-stripe-apple-pay-google-pay-support\/\">Apple and Google Pay express checkout payment<\/a> options if they are currently activated. You might also need to <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/frequently-asked-questions\/tickets\/how-do-i-manually-create-tickets\/\">manually create tickets<\/a> for customers who paid using one of these payment methods in the past.<\/li>\n<li>Make sure that your <strong>ticket logo and header images<\/strong> are <strong>the correct format<\/strong> (PNG or JPEG\/JPG) and <a href=\"https:\/\/help.fooevents.com\/docs\/frequently-asked-questions\/tickets\/what-size-should-i-use-for-the-ticket-logo-and-ticket-header-image\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">the correct size<\/a>.
