I partecipanti possono aggiungere le informazioni dell'evento ai loro calendari, come ad esempio Google Calendar, in due modi diversi:<\/p>\n

  1. Abilitare il Allegare il file ICS del calendario all'e-mail del ticket? <\/strong>impostazione nel prodotto Impostazioni del biglietto<\/a><\/strong> per l'evento. Questo allegher\u00e0 un file ICS all'e-mail del biglietto, in modo che i dettagli dell'evento appaiano automaticamente nel calendario del partecipante o dell'acquirente del biglietto.<\/li>\n
  2. Abilitare il <\/span>Visualizzare \"Aggiungi al calendario\" sui biglietti?<\/strong>\u00a0nel vostro prodotto <\/span>Impostazioni del biglietto<\/a><\/strong>. Questa funzionalit\u00e0 genera un <\/span>File ICS<\/strong> quando un partecipante o un acquirente di biglietti fa clic sul pulsante \"Aggiungi al calendario\"<\/strong> nell'e-mail del ticket e il file ICS salvato pu\u00f2 essere aggiunto al client di calendario preferito. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Il file ICS contiene informazioni di base sull'evento, come il nome, la descrizione, la data e l'ora. Si noti che la voce non<\/span> vengono aggiornati automaticamente nel calendario dei partecipanti se le informazioni sull'evento cambiano, quindi ricordatevi di comunicare ai partecipanti qualsiasi modifica rilevante dell'evento.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Si consiglia inoltre di abilitare e configurare l'opzione \"Avvisi di promemoria \"Aggiungi al calendario <\/strong>nel vostro prodotto <\/span>Impostazioni del biglietto <\/a><\/strong>se si desidera che i partecipanti vengano avvisati tramite il loro client di calendario a intervalli specifici prima dell'inizio dell'evento.<\/p>\n
