Dit betekent dat zelfs als de bestelling werd terugbetaald of verwijderd, de klant nog steeds in staat zal zijn om het ticket te gebruiken, dat wil zeggen bij het scannen van het ticket barcode met behulp van de FooEvents Check-ins app het ticket zal nog steeds worden weergegeven als geldig. Wanneer je de bestelling terugbetaalt, zorg er dan voor dat de optie \"Restocked items:\" is aangevinkt als je dit beheert via WooCommerce. Hierdoor wordt het voorraadnummer van je evenement automatisch bijgewerkt. Je kunt dan <strong>het ticket verwijderen<\/strong>. Dit is in lijn met de standaard WooCommerce-functionaliteit, waarbij je misschien iemand wilt terugbetalen maar toch de voorraad wilt laten houden\/gebruiken.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Annuleren<\/strong> een bestelling wordt echter de ticketstatus op \"Geannuleerd\" gezet. Als een bestelling is \"Geannuleerd\", dan zal WooCommerce ook automatisch de voorraad, dat wil zeggen het aantal tickets dat beschikbaar is.<\/p>\n<p>Als je de FooEvents Seating-functionaliteit gebruikt, dan moet je standaard ook <strong>annuleren<\/strong> de <strong>bestel<\/strong> of <strong>permanent verwijderen<\/strong> het ticket dat bij de bestelling hoort voordat de stoel weer beschikbaar komt. Er is ook een optie om \"Mislukt\" te selecteren in plaats van of naast \"Geannuleerd\" onder <strong>FooEvents<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Instellingen <\/strong> &gt; <strong>Zitplaatsen<\/strong> &gt; <strong>Stoelen beschikbaar maken op bestelstatus<\/strong>. Hierdoor komen tickets beschikbaar wanneer bestellingen <strong>mislukken<\/strong> ook.
