Existem duas formas diferentes de os participantes adicionarem as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do evento aos seus clientes de calend\u00e1rio, como o Google Calendar:<\/p>\n

  1. Ativar o Anexar o ficheiro ICS do calend\u00e1rio ao e-mail do bilhete? <\/strong>defini\u00e7\u00e3o no produto Defini\u00e7\u00f5es dos bilhetes<\/a><\/strong> para o evento. Isto anexar\u00e1 um ficheiro ICS ao e-mail do bilhete, para que os detalhes do evento apare\u00e7am automaticamente no calend\u00e1rio do participante ou do comprador do bilhete<\/li>\n
  2. Ativar o <\/span>Mostrar \"Adicionar ao calend\u00e1rio\" no bilhete?<\/strong>\u00a0op\u00e7\u00e3o no seu produto <\/span>Defini\u00e7\u00f5es dos bilhetes<\/a><\/strong>. Esta funcionalidade gera um <\/span>Ficheiro ICS<\/strong> quando um participante ou comprador de bilhete clica no bot\u00e3o \"Adicionar ao calend\u00e1rio\"<\/strong> no e-mail do bilhete e o ficheiro ICS guardado pode ent\u00e3o ser adicionado ao seu cliente de calend\u00e1rio preferido. <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    O ficheiro ICS cont\u00e9m informa\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas sobre o evento, como o nome, a descri\u00e7\u00e3o, a data e a hora do evento. Note-se que a entrada n\u00e3o<\/span> ser\u00e3o automaticamente actualizados no calend\u00e1rio do participante se as informa\u00e7\u00f5es do evento forem alteradas, pelo que n\u00e3o se esque\u00e7a de comunicar quaisquer altera\u00e7\u00f5es relevantes do evento aos seus participantes.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Recomendamos tamb\u00e9m que active e configure o \"Alertas de lembrete \"Adicionar ao calend\u00e1rio <\/strong>no seu produto <\/span>Defini\u00e7\u00f5es dos bilhetes <\/a><\/strong>se pretender que os participantes sejam alertados atrav\u00e9s do seu cliente de calend\u00e1rio em intervalos espec\u00edficos antes do in\u00edcio do evento.<\/p>\n
