Why do my PDF tickets still look the same after I’ve made changes to settings or details?
FooEvents PDF tickets are files that are saved on your server. If you view or download these files, the existing version of the PDF ticket that was previously saved will be displayed. The PDF tickets that contain updated information can be regenerated, but only after you send them again using the ticket’s “Resend Ticket” function.
