Porque é que os meus bilhetes em PDF continuam com o mesmo aspeto depois de eu ter alterado as definições ou os detalhes?
Os bilhetes PDF do FooEvents são ficheiros que são guardados no seu servidor. Se visualizar ou descarregar estes ficheiros, será apresentada a versão existente do bilhete PDF que foi anteriormente guardada. Os bilhetes PDF que contêm informações actualizadas podem ser gerados de novo, mas só depois de os enviar novamente através da função "Reenviar bilhete" do bilhete.

Resending tickets to attendees, or to yourself as a test, can be done in the following ways: Click on “Resend” in the “Resend Tickets” box to send the ticket to the purchaesr. You can also enter a different email address in the input field to email the tickets somewhere else.
