FooEvents PDF tickets are files that are saved on your server. If you view or download these files, the existing version of the PDF ticket that was previously saved will be displayed. The PDF tickets that contain updated information can be regenerated, but only after you send them again using the ticket’s “Resend Ticket” function.
Tickets are initially sent out when the order status is changed to ‘Complete‘ in WooCommerce. You can manually resend individual tickets or bulk send a group of tickets at any time.
