Resend tickets

Ticket are first sent when the order status is changed to complete. Thereafter, you can manually resend individual tickets or a bulk group of tickets at any time. To do so please follow these instructions:

Sending tickets to attendees in bulk

  1. Go to your WordPress admin area > FooEvents > Tickets
  2. Select the tickets that you would like to send
  3. Select Resend Tickets from the Bulk Actions dropdown
  4. Click the Apply button

Sending individual tickets

  1. Go to your WordPress admin area > FooEvents > Tickets
  2. Open the relevant ticket and find the Resent Ticket box in the side panel of the screen. 
  3. Specify the email address that the ticket should be resent to in the resend text box
  4. Click the Resend button
