Please browse the Help Center documents and FAQs before logging a support ticket for the fastest possible resolution.

In order for us to provide the best possible service, please submit only one ticket per query as duplicate tickets and/or tickets regarding the same issue sent from multiple email addresses slow down our response times which are usually within 48 hours of receipt (Monday – Friday excluding certain public holidays).

Important: Please attach your Website Status Report as a text file for all technical queries.

Please do not directly send us website or FTP login details for your production or staging website. We request that you rather use a service like One-Time Secret and send us the secret link and passphrase instead. We strongly recommend that you create a staging copy of your website and send us these details if possible rather than your live production details as we may need to alter settings, disable plugins, update plugins, enable debug mode and possibly switch the theme used on your website to determine the cause of the issue.
