- The license key is connected to a different website than the one where FooEvents is installed.
- The license key does not include access to the specific FooEvents plugin that is trying to update.
- An old or missing FooEvents license key is cached in WordPress update data.
- Your FooEvents license or support/update access has expired.

2. Website connection
FooEvents uses one license key per website. In your FooEvents Account, make sure the relevant FooEvents plugin or bundle is connected to the same website where FooEvents is installed. If you have moved from a staging site to a live site, disconnect the staging site and connect the license to the live site.
3. WordPress plugin cache
WordPress caches plugin update information. If you recently connected a license, changed a license key, or renewed your license, you may temporarily see a message that says “Automatische update is niet beschikbaar voor deze plugin” below the FooEvents plugins. In this case, wait and check again later. If you urgently need to update your FooEvents plugins, you can update them manually by downloading the latest versions from your FooEvents Account under the Downloads section and uploading them to your website.
4. Expired licenses
Only licenses with valid update access are eligible for automatic updates. Most FooEvents licenses include 12 months of updates and support from the purchase or renewal date.
If you purchased the FooEvents for WooCommerce plugin on Envato/CodeCanyon, you can still download and manually update the plugin from your Envato account. To receive automatic updates and technical support, you will need valid support on Envato/CodeCanyon or an active license from FooEvents.com.
