How can I resend tickets?

Resending tickets to attendees, or to yourself as a test, can be done in the following ways:

    1. Sending tickets to attendees in bulk
      • Go to the “Tickets” listing
      • Select the tickets that you would like to send
      • Select “Resend Tickets” from the “Bulk Actions” drop-down
      • Click on “Apply”

    2. Sending individual tickets to attendees or to a different email address
      • Go to the “Tickets” listing
      • Click on a ticket to edit it
      • Click on “Resend” in the “Resend Ticket” box to send the ticket to the current attendee. You can also enter a different email address in the input field to email the ticket somewhere else.

    3. Sending all the tickets in the same order
      • Go to WooCommerce > Orders
      • Click on an order to edit it
      • Click on “Resend” in the “Resend Tickets” box to send the ticket to the purchaesr. You can also enter a different email address in the input field to email the tickets somewhere else.
