If your site times out or freezes on the checkout page when a large amount of tickets are being purchased in a single order, then it’s possible that the web server where your WordPress website is installed doesn’t have enough memory available.
We recommend that you contact your web host/service provider and ask them to increase the “WordPress memory limit“.
