Why are barcodes/QR codes not being generated and displayed in tickets?

Firstly, please ensure that you have updated to the latest versions of all the FooEvents plugins on your website.

If you still experience issues scanning, it’s possible that the file permissions for that directory on your server might be too restrictive. Make sure that the following directory ‘/wp-content/uploads/fooevents/barcodes‘ exists on your server and that the file permissions for this directory are set to 0755 so that the script that generates the barcodes is able to run properly.
