The first step is to ensure that you have updated all your FooEvents plugins to the latest versions on your website.
If you’ve updated the plugins and still don’t see the barcode/QR code, logo or other images in your tickets, then you might need to update the ticket theme(s) as well.
Since releasing version 1.8.0 of the FooEvents PDF Tickets plugin we’ve had to make some changes to both the HTML and PDF ticket themes in order to support the new version of the dompdf library which FooEvents uses. Please read the Updating Ticket Themes section which explains how to update ticket themes in detail.
If you still experience issues with ticket images and barcodes, it’s possible that the file permissions for that directory on your server might be too restrictive. Make sure that the following directory ‘/wp-content/uploads/fooevents/barcodes‘ exists on your server and that the file permissions for this directory are set to 0755 so that the script that generates the barcodes is able to run properly.
Please note that the default PDF ticket themes only support a logo and not a header image. If you need to display a header image in your PDF ticket then you can consider using one of these ticket themes instead.
