Why is the selected booking slot or seat not displaying on the checkout page?

If the booking slot or seating information that was selected on the event page does not carry over correctly to the checkout page, then this could be caused by a conflict or setting in your theme or another third-party plugin. If you are using the Flatsome theme you will have to disable the “Floating field labels” in the checkout options. Other themes might have similar settings but we recommend contacting the theme author when in doubt.
