When submitting a technical support ticket, we require your Website Status Report which includes useful information that will assist us in troubleshooting your problem.
Please follow these instructions before submitting a technical support ticket:
- Browse to your: WP Website > Admin Dashboard > WooCommerce > Status
- Click the Get system report button
- Click the Download for support button
- Open the FooEvents Customer Support page in your web browser
- Upload your Website Status Report (.txt file) along with any relevant screenshots by clicking the paperclip icon below the description box
- Submit the ticket
