FooEvents Ticket Themes allow you to change the design and layout of your ticket emails and PDF’s using template sets called Ticket Themes. Retired ticket themes are older versions that are no longer updated to support new features or new ticket information. Retired themes may not render correctly as HTML or PDF tickets and we strongly recommend switching to newer ticket themes.

Once you’ve installed a supported theme, test both your HTML email tickets and your PDF tickets (if applicable) to confirm everything displays correctly.
