FooEvents is designed to work with any WordPress theme that supports WooCommerce. FooEvents has been built to leverage WooCommerce’s existing templates, styles, hooks, and frontend outputs rather than introducing a completely separate frontend system. This allows event products, ticket purchasing flows, and related frontend elements to fit naturally into the same structure your theme already uses for WooCommerce.
Because FooEvents builds on WooCommerce in this way, it inherits much of the styling and layout behavior already provided by your theme for product pages, checkout, shop pages, and customer account areas. This helps ensure broad compatibility across WooCommerce-ready themes and reduces the need for theme-specific support. In some cases, minor styling adjustments may still be needed, particularly with heavily customized themes, but in general, if a theme works well with WooCommerce, it should work well with FooEvents too.
We currently use the Astra theme for our demo sites. Astra is a fast, flexible WordPress theme with solid WooCommerce support, which makes it a practical choice for demonstrating FooEvents in a standard WooCommerce environment.
